About Kimberly
Twelve years of bankruptcy practice before opening her own doors.
Kimberly began practicing bankruptcy in 2009 with veteran bankruptcy attorney, Fred E. Walker. She worked with Fred Walker for twelve years filing bankruptcies, suing mortgage companies, defending lawsuits, and settling debts. In 2021, Kimberly opened her own practice.
She received her J.D. from St. Mary’s Law School in 2004 and her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Kimberly practiced criminal defense, estate planning, and real estate law before concentrating in bankruptcy.

I frequently appear before all the judges of the Western District of Texas Bankruptcy Court. The judges, like the trustees, have their own unique management styles and opinions with respect to legal interpretations.
